Notched collar, tulip hem and horizontal slit pockets at hips. Four large gold tone metal ornate buttons down front centre seam. Blue silk lining. Can be worn as a long blazer over a dress or pants, or as a short blazer dress depending on your height. Excellent vintage condition. Fits like a US size 6. Made in Italy.
